Lagu Chitra — Privacy Policy

The short version

Lagu Chitra does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your photos or personal data. There is no account, analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud service. Collage processing happens on your device. The Android production app does not request the INTERNET permission, so the operating system itself prevents it from sending anything anywhere. You can verify this on your own device:

Photos you choose

The system photo picker gives Lagu Chitra access only to the photos you select. The app creates a managed source copy and a smaller working preview inside its private app storage so unfinished collages can recover after an interruption. Your photos are used only to edit and export the collage you requested.

Saving and sharing

Lagu Chitra asks for add-only photo-library access only when you tap Save to Photos. Sharing opens the operating system share sheet only when you request it. A selected cloud photo may be downloaded by Apple Photos, Android Photo Picker, or your chosen photo provider before Lagu Chitra can use it; Lagu Research Labs never receives that photo.

Storage and deletion

Draft instructions, managed source copies, and working previews remain in the app's private storage until you start a new collage, delete the draft, or uninstall the app. Temporary generated files are removed after the export screen closes. Images you save or share are user-owned and are not deleted by Lagu Chitra.

Security

Draft files stay in the operating system's private app sandbox. Lagu Chitra does not run a server and does not include a login or upload mechanism.

Children

Lagu Chitra is a general-purpose photo utility and is not directed specifically at children.
